How to Build Your Body Fast

1
Develop a realistic workout schedule. Try to set achievable goals and decide what you want to accomplish from working out. If you are new to working out or are returning to the gym after a long period of time--start slowly.
  • If you're new to working out, then it's going take longer for you to see results than someone who has already been on a workout plan before and knows what he/she is doing.
  • The key to success is working the right body parts at the right time while still getting good sleep and eating a sensible diet. Many people don't understand that you don't grow at the gym, you grow while you are asleep. If you're hitting the weights five days a week, than a good night's rest is in order to avoid fatigue and soreness.

Evaluate your diet. Your body will need a healthy, sensible diet to maximize your progress. Supplements should be just that--supplements to your diet. Whether you use them or not is your choice. Remember--there are few (if any) legal supplements that will provide you any benefit if you do not eat a proper diet, work hard and allow yourself proper sleep and recovery time. Stay away from any fast food or any type of food with high sugar and sodium levels. Carbohydrates are bad, due to them having priority as body fuel over fats. For all those that do not know, carbohydrates are converted to fats if they are not burned off relatively soon after consumption. Eat foods with a good amount of fats, alongside lots of protein and fiber, and take some sort of multivitamin so you stay healthy and feel more energized at the gym. Also, if you feel you've eaten too much a day before, you can do what is known as Intermittent Fasting, which has been scientifically proven to have many of the same fat burning effects as exercise.
    • Pre-workout and post-workout supplements are a must if you want to build your body fast. Creatine and protein are definitely something you should be taking. Taking some sort of thermogenics, or fat burners as they like to call it, will also cause you to burn more calories at the gym. Try going to your local GNC or supplement store and ask for advice on good supplements. You can stack your supplements which means you take supplements that work together to help your body get stronger and look more ripped. If you don't want to take supplements, you're wasting your time reading this article and it will take you longer to build your body up fast. Supplements are a huge key to success when it comes to working out and if you live a fast pace life, then you're going to need the extra help that supplements give you when you workout.

You should work out no more than five days a week when it comes to lifting weights. This is because over-training and injury can occur and when that happens, you don't see results because you're not getting bigger and you'll feel too sore to want to work out. Cardio can be done every day if you wish and is very important when it comes to shedding that unwanted fat. Do cardio after you workout, and not before. It takes a lot out of your body, especially if you're doing a tough cardio workout. If you do decide to do it before, do the stationary bike or powerwalking on the treadmill. Wait after lifting so you can do a more intense cardio workout to burn more fat.

Here is a good workout plan to shed unwanted fat and get huge muscles quickly and effectively. On Monday and Thursday, work out your chest, triceps and shoulders. On Tuesday and Friday, work out your back and your biceps. On Wednesday, work out your legs and add some good cardio to it. It's up to you to find a good workout and put it into action. Try and maintain a good cardio plan with this by doing some type of cardio on the weekend. It will help with getting you more energized for the start of the week. For example, run a good mile and do some ab workouts during the weekend.

Do not be afraid to ask for help! Most gyms or fitness clubs have staff members that can help. Learn to work efficiently and get the most from your time and efforts in the gym. Monitor your progress. Eat a well-balanced diet, stay properly hydrated and allow for proper rest and recovery. Achieving your goals should be rewarding both mentally and physically. With hard work, a sensible and healthy diet, and proper rest, you will get the body you have always wanted. Good luck!
